A message dated August 19, 2010, was received stating the Governor                                                              
signed the following bill and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled                                                        
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:                                                                
                                                                                                                                
    SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 20(FIN)                                                                                 
    "An Act relating to commercial fishing loans for improving fuel                                                             
    efficiency and increasing the maximum amount for certain loans                                                              
    under the Commercial Fishing Loan Act; and providing for an
